My complaint:
I ordered a kit on April 3, 2020. At first the kit was supposed to come April 10th, 2020 and it didn’t come. After that it said the kit would be at my house by April 19th, 2020. The kit still did not come. It then changed to May 4th. The package has still not come and now the date for it to be delivered has changed again. It is now saying the kit will come on May 19th, 2020. At this point I feel as though I probably won’t order anything else from the app after all of my orders come in.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know where exactly package is and I would like it to be delivered to my house.
