I’m a merchant based in Australia selling on Wish for 2 years. On 1572021, I sold an item on Wish for usd$31.44. Wish had collected the money from buyer. As usual, the item had been dispatched on time, delivered on time and the buyer was very happy.

Unfortunately when I updated the tracking on Wish, i accidentally chose the post office in Austria instead of Australia. Since the item sold, I had chased Wish for payment for 30 days and emailed numerous times to ask what was the issues on tracking and why the payment wasn’t paid. I also upload the screenshot of the delivery which shows clearly of the successful delivery. Wish didn’t give us a correct answer, until after 30 days, Wish told us that I had added a wrong tracking in the system with Austria instead of Australia. And then after that, Wish advised us that we are not eligible for the payment because the tracking wasn’t updated correctly within 30 days.

Suggested solution:

Wish should release the entire sold amount which belongs to the seller. Wish should not keep the money to penalize the seller for a small computer error which doesn’t have any negative impact on the buyingselling experience.
