My complaint:
Dear sirMadam
I requested a printable return address for a Seiko Watch that it was not what I ordered. It was returned to : wish return center. At 1937 Davis Ste. E , San Leandro, CA 94577 mailed by USPS on 2272929 . According to USPS YOU RECEIVED it ON March 22020 I have not received a credit yet for the charged amount of $107.43 it was deducted from my Discover card.
I have a copies of : the returned labor, the USPS evidence receipt and copy of the deducted amount from my Discover card . What else must I do to get the credit? This is ridiculous.

The worst Company ever!!! I have emailed numerous numerous times for a refund I returned an item and antenna they keep asking me what it is and what the order number is I must have emailed a thousand times send a photo of the receipt so many times!! that I sent it from the Postal Service they said they received it but WISH STILL DOES NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION they receive it and I want my damn refund the worst worst company ever they ripped me off twice already horrible I want my refund and I still don’t have it… Read more »
See my comments above. Thr return should have always been done and shipped through wal marts return center. Your phone and carrier have been taken over by a religios cult that is cruel and inhuman.
It took me 5 phones, nearly 3 suicide attempts, thousands of dollars being stolen and lives taken for me to figure it all out
Sad but true. Don’t worry, it’s all going to end soon.
