My complaint:
On the 16 August 2020 I ordered a laptop on Wish app
The product was delivered on 19 August 2020
Very disappointed the laptop was rubbish and I feel conned by Wish
On the 29 August 20 I submitted a return query through Wish App the same day they sent me a label for their carrier and return instructions
The carrier picked up the item on the 28 August
After 5 days I sent many emails to Wish but that just demonstrate that they are. Scam company
Under Support team relating to (30793103). they ignored me
Suggested solution:
I want an immediate refund plus compensation for all the frustration they caused for me
