My complaint:
Hi i purchased a swimskirt on wish online shopping and to date have not received i tried to enquire on the online portal is shows swimskirt delivered but still not received i believe this is bad service and would like a refund and response from wish online shopping
Suggested solution:
They should find out why i have not received my swim skirt purchased in a February 2021
Why does it show delivered on the portal but nothing was received
How do i follow up on what went wrong with the delivery and how can a refund be processed
