My complaint:
I ordered a Bose QC 35II, but received a QC35 in a box labelled QC 35II. I wish to exchange the QC 35 for QC35II. How do I go about it?
This is my second attempt to complain. I have yet to receive a response to my first complaint sent over a week ago.
Suggested solution:
I would be satisfied to receive a QC 35II and return the QC35 I received. I’m hoping to get satisfact before the 30 day expires.
I have made a number of purchases with Wish and this the first time I have been disappointed with both the service and product.
What is your next step in correcting this situation?
