My complaint:

I was told my item was delivered on the 14th of September when I hadn’t received it, when I told them they said to contact them if I haven’t received them by 10th October, on the 10th of October I was told I would receive them in 48hours, today they have said I received them on 14th of September and haven’t helped me

Suggested solution:

They should not tell me to ring post office and contact shipping company ect, it isn't my job to, I've had no letters from post office to say they have them and none of my neighbours have them, they need to find out where my order is
