My complaint:

I placed a order for a pill box on 30th September for arrival date of 25th October when it didn’t arrive by the due date I contacted them the following day to let them know they said give it a couple of days longer which I did after 56 days later it still hasn’t arrived I got in contact again with them they told me to get the order number then contact customer support I must have emailed them 18 times telling them I couldn’t contact ether of them they sent me email telling me what to do eventually I got the order details but told them I couldn’t contact costumer support again so I emailed them eventually with a picture of my order and order number again email after email the said its gone past the expiry date for a refund etc so I keep on sending emails asking for my money they have stolen of me all to no avail can anyone help me with this awful company please.
