My complaint:
I ordered an exercise mat on 1 Apr, still not had the item and they keep moving the dates, which is not into June, I asked for refund and got refused, why should they have my money in their bank all this time and I do not have my product when supposed to be delivered and they keep moving the dates, I would like my money back so I can order form within the UK as had no idea item coming from China as I even searched UK only, this is so annoying
Suggested solution:
By giving me my money back if they cannot deliver the item when stated, it has been 5 Weeks already
