Wish complaint: Item not delivered

My complaint:

I ordered my item (safety razor blades) on April 27th and Wish said it was despatched and would be with me by May 12th. I am still waiting and when I press ‘track your delivery’ it hasn’t added any more info since May 4th. All that happens is that the expected delivery date keeps getting pushed back. There doesn’t appear to be any way to get in contact to find out what is going on just a general ‘deliveries are taking longer than expected, please be patient’ message.

Suggested solution:

I would like someone from Wish to explain to me what has happened to my order and why it hasn’t been delivered and if it isn’t delivered within the next few days, I would like a refund.
