My complaint:
Purchased item a month ago and just now hear that is is no longer in stock. A MONTH LATER?!!! Option to choose a similar item is impossible, NO OPTIONS…ZERO.
Are you that terrible of a company, really???
Suggested solution:
Find me the item I purchased a month ago! If not, give me money back immediately plus a 100 dollar voucher for future purchases. If not, I will never order anything here again.
