My complaint:
I purchased an item it was garden solar lights. The item was described as 4 Pack solar lights. I chose multicolour lights. I ordered 2 packs. I was assuming that each pack would contain 4 lights I only received 2 boxes containing 2 in each box. The price for 1 item (4Pack) multicolour was 4 British pounds I ordered as I said 2 packs they charged me 12 Pounds 37pence. plus 7Pounds shipping making a total of 19 Pounds 37pence. Therefore not only did they not send me the right amount of 2 packs containing 4 in each pack (according to the description) but only sent me a total of 4 solar lights. I would like an explaination andor a refund of 5pounds 37pence or another 4 solar lights.
