Complaint: Item no show unable to receive refund

My complaint:

Did not receive an item and the contact support tap does not work in the item details to chat with support for refund on a an undelivered item. So I went to main page to contact support and when asked What I was inquiring about i chose the “item” and the put a list of your items and ask you to choose which item you are asking about but the item does not appear on the list provided and no option to say not on list. I only have until January 20, 2021to receive refund, product was supposed to be here by December 20th. 2020. Items that were ordered at same time all came but this item did not, tired of waiting and cannot get support by human not computer generated offer options but the one you need. I want my refund.

Suggested solution:

Fix tabs to do what are intended to do, and offer more option when using computer generated support and make sure all items show up on list if they have not yet been received.
