My complaint:
I ordered a set of brown storage bags. I have been waiting for several months. I email wish customer support and have been waiting over 2 weeks for a email reply. No reply as of yet! I then used the customer service app several times for an additional 2 weeks. 0n 71020 and was told the item was on delivered on June 23. I was home and received the my mail and one package from the mailman that was NOT a Wish Item. I shared the information to the customer service and they did not try to solve the issue. I was instructed to contact the post office after waiting several months for the item. I purchased the product as a gift for someone.
Suggested solution:
The company should provide me wish cash or send me my product requested.
