My complaint:
Item ordered through Wish and was delivered to wrong province on tracking. Try to bring it up in app but it is all automatic response claiming item delivered. Keep informing that it got delivered to wrong address but no response. Try it a few more times as my response are to be recorded. Now they flag me as abusing the system. Email customer support with various info and they still insist I go through the app. Phone support doesn’t work as it is automatic as well and refer you back to app.
Suggested solution:
Clearly they know item was misdelivered and trying to time me out of the refund window.
