My complaint:

I ordered 1 x Handmade Europe Glass Candlestick Holders Taper for Candlestick Dinner Candles Party and Wedding Centerpieces Table Decoration in Brown, Single-deck on 6th October. It is now 2nd December and I am yet to receive it! I have been online and it says delivered on 30th November which is not true and it says I’m beyond the 30 day returns window – but how can I have returned it if it never arrived?! I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the service provided and the automated service is useless.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund as it's been such a long wait time. It was meant to be a gift and it's now well past the date.
