My complaint:

I have not received my red leggingsjeggings in a size large with the snowman as expected on Jan. 5th. I did not that I received them on Jan. 4th. That information is inaccurate. The CARRIER SITE’S last entry was on Dec. 30th. It shows that the parcel arrived at the DESTINATION TRANSIT HUB in Canada. It does not display any further details. It is Jan.10th and I received nothing.

Please look into the LOGISTICS of this parcel and supply me with that information.

Is it held up at customs, in transit, delivered to someone else or LOST.

I really eagerly want this item. However, if there is no promise of future delivery or reasonable explanation to its whereabouts it is only fair to reinburse me for the total money that I paid. Noone likes to pay for something that is never received.
