My complaint:
I have bought an Brushless impact wrench Product ID: 5ec5fdc6ef6c9b18c4f4eb11, Transactions ID:5ff39da5efc027bc8887e3d6, But it came damage. Have reported to the Wish this and they send me a return label, also HermesTracking code 3454503743467614. I have posted straight away 24 January2021, But since then I have heard anything. I have contacted Hermes And they told me Parcel has been delivered to Bleckmann logistics UK ltd. They told me If anything Bleckmann logistic have to made a claim against HERMES but they said our driver has delivered that parcel. I trayed to contact Bleckmann logistics but they didn’t answer. Since then I haven’t heard anything from wish to return my money. I will provide pictures if the app let me to do. Other wise I have got to make a claim on my PayPal, it’s Been a month since I have posted this item. In contact with wish they always said,the same thing go to your item and clik help with this itme, but when I do that it only said return in progress and that’s it, it don’t let go any further.Thank you
