My complaint:
I ordered a tablet from Wish supposedly despatched on 3rd May and there’s no sign of it and they’ve missed two deadlines.
Suggested solution:
Deliver the goods or give me a refund. I don't want any more false assurances. I want my stuff or my money, preferably my money and NOW!
I ordered this so that I could access a digital newspaper and I'm tired of waiting. I could have availed myself of a device that would do that and would have been accessing the digital newspaper for the past two months if I hadn't trusted this absolutely awful company to live up to their responsibilities. Whoever reads this take a warning: Do not, under any circumstances whatever deal with this fraudulent company. Their customer services are non existent as it seems are the goods they purport to supply. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
