My complaint:
Hi I was sent three return forms at different times when I went to post office they said it wasn’t Royal Mail and was invalid I brought what I thought was a chair and cushion but through false advertising i paid £67.00 just for a cushion there is no one to talk to apart from a computed answer in which yet another return label arrived I’m very disappointed as It was the first time I had ordered anything from your website I will not be ordering anything else and will tell everyone I know to do the same time is moving on now so I will be stuck with this very expensive cushion I have no need for all I wanted was a refund
Suggested solution:
Either send me a valid return label or arrange a pick up
