My complaint:
Been purchasing from WISH for about 3 years now. I recently requested to return an automotive light bar that was inop. They responded with return instructions and label that when I took to the P.O. to return, was informed that I had to pay $35 postage because the label was for an item weighing 1oz, when it should have been for the light bar, which weighs 7lbs. I contacted support at WISH, but keep getting referred to the item return page that doesn’t ask the right questions (especially about sending the correct postage for the return item (only resend return label, cancel return, change email address, and nevermind). It’s been over 4 days now wanting to send this item back before the return timeline expires.
Suggested solution:
Send the correct label reflecting the exact weight of 7 lbs, not 1 once; which would put me out an additional $35.
