My complaint:
I recently ordered what was advertised as a bedspread. When it arrived I was extremely dissatisfied. I have sheet sets that are far more substantial (thicker) than this alleged bedspread.
I attempted to contact customer service by phone and was told by machine that I had to contact customer service through the app. Their app portal for customer service is entirely computerized.
All I’ve asked for is a return address. All I’ve received is a runaround, but no return address. They claim they accept all returns and have an easy return policy. BTW, with each correspondence it takes a 24-72 hours for a response.
I have four other items still to be delivered from Wish. However after this nightmare I don’t want any of them. I will never do business with them again, and will advise family and friends to avoid them as well.
Any help you can lend will be much appreciated.

By giving me the address to return unwanted items. After returns arrive, a full refund.
