My complaint:
I ordered a coat for my shitzhubichonyorkie cross. Hes 23 lbs and not a big dog,so I measured and used sizing chart. Ordered an XL!! Arrived this week and way too small.
Suggested solution:
Send me postage paid label to return and refund money.
