My complaint:

I have no complaint with The product or delivery but I take issue with the website and subsequent site to answer enquiry
I ordered what I believed was 7 different cushion covers (on the site I couldn’t find order history)
When my covers arrived, in very good time and I love the quality I had 7 all the same! I tried to contact site which only offers 2 questions and kept getting computer generated same answer which did not relate to my question.
I decided I would use the 7 same cushion. Then I reordered 5 different covers because I liked them so much. Again thought I had ordered 5 DIFFERENT covers.
Again they came in good time. To my horror I now had 12 covers all the same !
I again tried to contact company via the webpage that asked if order was correct Again I received computer generated answer that had no relevance to my varied questions, I am completely frustrated by the whole process Thought I may return 5 but after reading the website that people were not receiving their refunds I don’t know what to do as I really love the covers but can’t risk ending up with 17 the same!
Is there any process by which I may return the last 5 and receive 5 different covers?
