My complaint:
I bought an alarm watch, which was clearly described as an alarm watch, which is why I bought it.
It arrived without instructions and after trying discovered that the alarm dial and facility is false.
I’ve complained several times, supplied picture, and had several promises complaint will be handled within 48 hours.
It’s now 2 weeks and still not heard anything.
Suggested solution:
A full refund, they should also pay for the watch to be returned, as they have clearly cheated the customer.
