Complaint: Inadequate response regarding refund

My complaint:

1. Wish have failed to act satisfactorily to my request for a refund.
2. Wish have made improper requests for photos to be provided which is completely unnecessary in this instance as I have simply changed my mind and the item purchased all the while remained in the original packaging.
3. It is my opinion that Wish are deliberately ‘dragging this out’ to avoid issuing me a refund.
4. The process for raising an issue via the app is less than adequate.
5. A week later I am no further forward I’m my request for a refund which is completely unacceptable.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Provide me with a refund ASAP including instructions of how I can get my refund and sooner rather than later considering their so far inadequate response to this simple request.

P.S I do not expect to bear any cost for returning the item considering how my simple request has been improperly managed.
