My complaint:
Purchased 5 items,charged shipping for each item but there were posted all in one parcel.each item was not as vivid as the ad and the sizing was way off size 4xxxx doesn’t fit a size 18 to 20…cannot see the return address. This cost me approx $116..WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I know including work mates never ever buy anything from them. Too hard to get your complaint resolved. Also advertise one price and at check out you are charged a higher price then advertised
Suggested solution:
They should be clear australian sizing showing. And clear contact details for seller. Not my fault sizing was way off...but I have to pay for return shipping. Sell at the advertised price
