My complaint:

I did the pay half and then one item I order said canceled meaning they no longer have it when I hit underneath the cancel item saying customer support it didn’t take me know where then I went to customer support in the menu when I hit on an item I order it takes me know where so I do get to email them I explain to the like five times in details it’s either they can’t read and understand english or they don’t care in my opinion they don’t care at all as long as they got ur money so all these detail emails the response I get is contact customer support which I can’t concerning the cancel order I said that in every email then they give me links where I can get the problem solve that’s to customer support which again I can’t do I said that five times in a email so WISH is full of it so I took my payment method down cause I wasn’t paying all that money for something I wasn’t getting I kept asking them to adjust the payment so they charge my bank account without my permission when you are the one that suppose to make your on payment and if you don’t that’s on you they communication and they customer support and they are so good at charging your payment without your permission taking your money on they own why would I pay all that money for a item I don’t have I’m not giving money for free WISH I know you WISH
