My complaint:

I do not have an acc. with wish but someone got my info and ordered 783.17 off my bank acc.the first time wish refined 455.00 of the 783.17 I thought it was resolved but got my Jan bank statement and someone had orded 12 purchases totaling 366.00 Jan 4,5th I got with wish sent them copies of bank statement wrote out all the info I have they do not wish to refundy acc.I’ve been more than nice about it I’ve emailed them daily since I got my bank statement I get nothing back except well be in contact 2 or 3 days and still nothing my name is Paul Clark I called my bank to have wish blocked but you can’t do that I Dont want to close my bank acc. but if it continues I see no other option Paul Clark is my name my email is clarkp230@gmail.com hope to resolve this matter quickly

Suggested solution:

Refund my acc. In full in sept a total of 783.17 wish refunded 450.00 of that and Jan 366.00 I would like all of it refunded back to my acc. Us bank then if so I will closey acc with us bank
