My complaint:
I’ve been with wish for nearly two years now they’re asking to prove my photo ID I’ve been trying to send it for over two weeks with no reply giving there 1-3day promise of a agent reply witch of course this as not happen I can no longer purchase items I also have wish cash available
Suggested solution:
I've been a customer for nearly two years if they are unable to to resolve this matter ASAP I would like my wish cash refunded to my bank account as I can't spend it buy anything from WISH
