My complaint:

I order a product a couple of months ago, I still do not have the product. I would like to just get refunded as I’m almost guaranteed it’s “lost” in the mail. You guys have no way to reach out to you directly and that is extremely infuriating to have to go through a third party just to talk to a human! This is ridiculous I want my money back.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money.
