My complaint:

I purchased two phones from Wish that were supposed to be factory unlocked, upon receiving the phones, I noticed that they were both locked to the Sprint network. I then used the included return paid postage stickers that came with the phones and I mailed them back. I have called the manufacturer who said that they received the phones back and have given Wish our refund. That it is now Wish who has our money and needs to return it. I cannot get ahold of anyone at Wish, though I have tried numerous times to get ahold of someone to no avail. I even wrote the president of the company an email. However, Wish has not given my money back and I’ve not received any responses to my email. Since it is $756.00 that I am owed I am very upset and want my money back.

The first order was placed on 3052020. Order 5e60e4cafe6feb5a00d9bec7
It was a navy blue Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128gb phone. It was $368.00 and was delivered to me on 3092020.
It was returned 3302020.

The second order was placed on 3032020. Order 5e5e255d24620c07f840867b
It was a purple Samsung Galaxy Note 9 it was $388.00 and was delivered to me on 3062020.
It was returned 3302020

I want my money returned.
