My complaint:

I purchased some seeds and have not had them since ordering 6th June 2020. I have been told to wait until 27th July and now after checking again, it says September 5th. This is unacceptable and they do not offer any chance for a refund even though it is nearly 2 months since I ordered.

Suggested solution:

They should refund me in full for the seeds delivery charge I paid.
