My complaint:

I bought 5 things from wish. It was a total of $32.34. I ordered on May 8. Only 35 of the items have been processed so far. One of the items processed and then unprocessed. The shipping for the 35 items have been the same for the last week and a half. I tried to cancel them but they said since it’s shipping you can’t. I tried to cancel the other items but they said since it’s getting ready to ship I can’t. I’m starting to feel like I’m getting scammed because they have no real customer service. Their customer service is pre answered questions like a systematic robot and now I just want my money back.

I think they should just give me my money back and get a real customer service person. I think I should get a full refund because they keep telling me one thing and my order history is telling me another. I even tried to cancel my order way before it even shipped and they told me I had to wait till it was processed. I can’t even cancel the orders that are processing now, I have to wait till it’s completely shipped. I don’t know if it’s actually going to get here because it’s been in the same place for a week and I don’t know if the other objects are ever gonna process.
