Wish complaint: iPad came out with the charging cable and the on off button is missing

My complaint:

My small I Pad my wife ordered for me in November 2020 as a Christmas Present arrived in February 2021 and it sat on my table as I use my laptop all the time and was looking to use it we went anywhere and about 2 weeks ago I unpacked it and plugged it in to charge it up and when I removed it from the Charging the socked came away with the Cable and I went to switch it on the button was missing so I am unable to use it and it has taken me a while to find this complaints form as I was hoping to use it this week for my Birthday and now I cannot use it at all so I would like to know what you are going to do to Resolve this complaint

Suggested solution:

I believe I should receive either another small I pad that is in good working order or be refunded for the inconvenience of receiving a falty appliance
