My complaint:
I ordered this item twice which I shouldn’t have to I have not received the item and I did not get reimbursed they sent me a cheap piece of crap ring to replace the 1st one now the 2nd order for the military tactical bookbag still has not arrived
Suggested solution:
Send me the damn bookbag already and a refund for the last one I ordered
