My complaint:
I just noticed that I never received order number 5d427257132d061ea956440. I went back to look at my purchases and I could see that it is listed as delivered. I never received this item. Please advise. Thank you!

I would hope that they make it right. I feel that i should have been more vigilant and I am sorry that I didn't notice this discrepancy until now. Please advise.
