Complaint: I NEVER PRESSED BUY

My complaint:

On June 28, 2020 I added several items to my cart so I could review and select which item I wanted and measure myself for the correct size. Then I decided to see if the coupon (WISH50) was valid. After typing in the coupon code the order processed! I had added items to my cart just to look at again, not buy. I hadn’t even read the material content or check to see if an item was real leather. I didn’t want all of that stuff.

I then, pulled up the order and It would not let me cancel. Items on the order were processing. I emailed Wish several times and there’s nothing they can do. They don’t seem to understand I did not ever click on buy. The shipping alone cost me $78.00 totaling $211.00. I didn’t even get the discount. Some of the items are scheduled for September and they couldn’t be cancelled. I did receive one item so far. A tee shirt. The material wasn’t cotton it was silk. It said stretch but it didn’t. How do I return this stuff? I’m in the process of trying contact Wish executives.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Give me a full refund because that was not right for that order to process. . Maybe Tech support knows what happened. Send me return postage paid invoices for all of these items. I can return them as they come in. Some are scheduled for SeptemberOctober.

At least give me 50% discount off the total amount of the order.
