My complaint:
I ordered a cameradigital video, but so far I still havnt received this order. I keep looking on line to see where the order is and it looks as if its still in China. The delivery date started off as being in October, then went to the 3rd of November. It is now the 8th and still no delivery.
You have re imbursed me the postage, which I also haven’t received as yet
Suggested solution:
Find where my order is and get it delivered or cancel the order and re pay the amount.
