My complaint:
i PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 GAMING CHAIRS ON DEC. 3RD, 2020.RrESPONSE ON MY ORDER DETAIL WAS ITEMS WOULD SHIP TO ARRIVE BY DEC.23RD! AFTER I SENT AN INQUIRY ON 2521, I RECEIVED A RESPONSE BY E-MAIL THAT I WAS PAST THE TIMELINE FOR A REFUND. i DO NOT WANT A REFUND!!!
IN AN ADVERTIISEMENT E-MAIL THAT I RECEIVED TODAY, THE SAME CHAIRS THAT I ORDERED ARE PICTURED!
i WOULD LIKE WISH TO HONOR MY PURCHASE SHIP MY CHAIRS .
Suggested solution:
HONOR MY ORDER 5fc949233e77f85901d3b162 ship my 2 chairs because they are still advertising these same chairs in their e-mails!
