My complaint:

I have used wish for about 5 years. Same debit card and address on file with then no issues.
Around 2-1-21 I ordered 2 gaming chairs for my sons at a total cost of $218. They never arrived. They claimed to refund me on 4-22-21 yet i have not recieved it and when asked to provide proof or what account number they refunded to they play stupid and send me to another bs email dating they resolved the issue.
Now before i realized they didn’t refund me i ordered 2 more chairs, one arrived but delivered to another address that wish sent to, i never changed my address nor recieved this chair yet they said it was my issue. And the last chair instead of a chair they sent me a computer mouse… for $66 you think I’d get a mouse.? They admitted it was thier mistake abs refund me that charge but nope they lied and now says i ordered it! I’m going to sue them and complain about them to all who will listen. They are no good and people need to know
