My complaint:
The order that they gave me a partial refund but went back on their word to give me a FULL refund on the 29th. I have attached a screenshot of the part where it shows the item, notice the date, its 18th the same date they partially refunded me the insulting amount of £3.81.
Suggested solution:
Stop withholding money stop changing the dates to suit your company.
