Complaint: How much longer do I have to wait until my orders processed

My complaint:

I ordered a big eyeshadow palette on the 5th of May 2020 it’s now the 13th of May 2020 and I’m still waiting for my orders to process this has also lead to me to decide That When my Order processes I’m definitely going to cancel this order because I’ll probably have better luck finding something else on Wish i Expect to get my full refund either as wish cash or back on my card that includes the items price and the shipping fee which clearly shows £5.02 and this is what I expect to get back this is terrible service from a company that I’ve always wanted to buy and item from I really think you guys should think about putting an option for the customer to ask actual questions to the customer support robot because i honestly think that as support it’s sometimes not answering my specific questions it just keeps saying u either can’t cancel your order or it’s say your order is currently being fulfilled by the store their no option for me to ask my and other people questions so this has been my complaint I shouldn’t have this much bad things to say on my 1st time ordering items from you my last thing to say is that I know that sometimes items are over seas so I would appreciate it if u could send me that as a tracking notification so that Ik it’s travelling overseas because for 3 days now my tracking for my wine red wig hasn’t updated since the 10th of May when it departed from the sorting store .
