My complaint:
I have 47 emails and 28 screenshots of messages in an attempt to get my money back.
The really comical part is when they switched languages (in their emails) to me. I think it was an attempt for me to just go away. I translated them and they were basically repeating themselves. I had to provide item , item description, problem with item, and the tracking of the item I paid for to ship it back to them. I provided this information 13 times, over 9 days. They don’t work during normal business hours and they don’t have a phone line to reach them. It was the WORST excuse of a business I’ve ever experienced. I finally reported them to the BBB FTC, I let them know I did this and I received an email ( in English) letting me know I would receive my refund in 14 days. I mean this company is a JOKE!
Suggested solution:
Contact them, let them know these behaviors are not legal. That its documented and shared with the public.
Idk really. I just know their customer service is piss poor.
