My complaint:
Several weeks ago I ordered a set of rechargeable hearing aids. I was given several updates on where they were, but I never received them. They were held up in China at one time. The last I heard they are in the US and going to be delivered but it never happened. They are still being advertised at a slightly higher price so I feel they are still available. WHERE ARE THEY??
Suggested solution:
Ship me my product. I ordered them, paid for them and I want them.
