My complaint:
This has to be about the hundredth time I’ve tried to reach someone there. Can someone look at my account and see that I am waiting to be notified of merchandise that I purchased through wish. Wish thinks I want a refund. I just want to know where my product is my merchandise. You can’t tell me you’re going to notify me when I can pick up my merchandise and never notify me and then tell me it’s too late to get a refund what kind of crap is that. I would like someone to please explain to me why I’m still waiting to be notified since August. Check my orders I have several for 5 orders that are saying will notify when delivered never been notified
Suggested solution:
I want wish to solve the fact that I'm still waiting for product to says will notify me when the merchandise gets in. This is not about a refund.
