My complaint:

I made a payment to EBANX S.A. – CNPJ: 13.236.6970001-46
Rua Marechal Deodoro, 630 – Centro
CEP 80010-010 – Curitiba, PR

The only item that I received was the Tablet zh960 and it is a fake tablet and it is not the item I purchased.

The Wish site doesn’t show my purchase information nor the tracking number.

I want my money back. AND want to I return the tablet. It is fake and malfunctions, to put SD card and chip, one most open the whole app up, because it can be done from its openings. And many others.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Please refund me the whole amount!
And provide me detail information to where to send back the fake tablet.
I will return it after receiving the refund.
