My complaint:
I ordered a laptop from wish paid $46 for it when I tracked my package it said it was delivered to concrete was but it didn’t come to the office so I assumed that it went to my local store and but I called UPS just to find out why it wasn’t delivered to my house since that’s the delivery address I put down and UPS said they did have a package with that tracking number on it but it wasn’t my name or address on it . I have emailed customer service for wish multiple times and keep getting the same answer also when I click on the order history and click on the laptop I get a dialogue box that’s says failed to find product with that I’d number so I have been trying to get this resolved since March 30 2020 with no luck please help
Suggested solution:
I would like them to either send me my laptop I paid for or give me my money because either they sent it to the wrong address which my information was correct or what ever the issue is it their error
