My complaint:
I ordered a,pair of shoes in April, was told it will be slow to deliver, I waited as told, now being told too late for a refund. I just want my order fulfilled. They took my money and now refuse me for anything.
Suggested solution:
Send me my shoes that I ordered and paid for
