Wish complaint: Hanging chair not recieved yet , and it says it was delivered on 6th november 2020

My complaint:

Hanging chair has not arrived , cushion has arrived ,but not the hanging chair and stand

Suggested solution:

This is a gift for my grand children for xmas, I would like this hanging chair sent to me ,in a hurry . if possible thanks
